Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and North Carolina.

Jim has served on the boards and as the treasurer for many local charities including The Lupus Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Charlotte Oncology Nursing Society.

Lyndsay has 14+ years of experience advising in the accounting, tax, and audit fields. She has spent the last 8+ years focused on tax services for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships and small business owners in the real estate, consulting, banking, and medical fields, to name a few.

Lyndsay has a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and Bachelor of Arts from Lee University, in Cleveland, TN. Lyndsay is a certified public accountant with a license in FL and NC. She is on the PTA board as Financial Secretary for the CMS elementary school her children attend and she enjoys volunteering on numerous local nonprofits such as Bee Mighty, helping NICU families in the Greater Charlotte region.

Lyndsay’s goal with every client is to help simplify the often-complex IRS tax rules and regulations, so that clients can understand the rules and can comply with them correctly and in a cost-efficient manner.

Alex leads our enterprise for accounting, tax and audit services and has 20+ years of experience of advising in the accounting, tax and audit fields. His specialty areas and industries include construction, real estate, employee benefit plans, due diligence and forensic accounting.

Alex has a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. Alex volunteers as the board treasurer for Steele Creek Preparatory Academy, the Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum and on the Mecklenburg County Audit Review Committee.

Alex enjoys helping his clients understand the sometimes confusing puzzle that their financials present, providing strategic advice and finding value in the numbers.

Bayoush is responsible for managing clients books and financial statements. Her area of expertise is bookkeeping. Bayoush’s prior experience includes 10 + years in Accounting for a restaurant franchise where she tackled multiple storefronts with ease. Bayoush graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

 Bayoush enjoys exploring new places and immersing herself in new cultures. She values her time with family, being involved in her community and appreciates the opportunities that education brings. She has set up sponsorships for children to pursue further education in her free time. She is driven by ensuring that our clients' books are accurate and balanced so that they can make educated decisions.

Chappy has a dual degree Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from University of North Carolina Charlotte and is a NC licensed Certified Public Accountant (#41076).

In his free time, Chappy enjoys mountain biking and exploring the outdoors with his wife and 3 kids. Chappy is dedicated to his clients' experience and strives to simplify the complexity of the ever changing tax landscape.

Patricia has 20+ years experience in customer and office support. She manages office communications, facilitates key tasks and logistics for the firm as well as providing assistance to the firm's clients.

 Her previous experience includes acting as an operational leader in higher education, with a proven record of success in executing strategic plans to meet the clients and organizational expectations. Patricia's life outside of work revolves around her family, and she believes discovery and creativity are vital to a complete life.

Dan is a current CPA candidate who assists in tax return preparation. In his spare time, Dan likes to explore new places and learn new things.

Darrius is involved in initial preparation of returns along with any additional bookkeeping before review. Prior to joining our firm, he worked in public Tax accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Company Services division. Darrius has a Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA, Accounting and IT and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

In his personal time, he enjoys staying in contact with international Alumni of his college and hopes to go abroad to explore new places. Darrius is inspired by those who have achieved success despite overwhelming adversity. He believes strongly in happiness coming from the journey rather than the destination and has tried to direct his career around meeting those who have worked hard at creating their own businesses from scratch. Darrius is motivated by those who have been through this arduous journey of entrepreneurship and seeks to broaden his knowledge on both tax and small businesses so that he may share that expertise with each client he engages.

Tracy oversees all aspects of recruiting, employee relations and compliance. She brings 20+ years of experience in all functional areas of Human Resources with an expertise in training and development, staffing and employee relations. Her prior experience includes HR management for both small to medium size businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

Tracy is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. She most enjoys hiring employees and partnering with them to develop and grow career paths.
